Delivery times, costs, and how to return or exchange an order.

Delivery

Every order ships tracked from our UK warehouse, usually within 1 working day (up to 2 during busy periods and launches). We'll email you a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.

Europe

Next Day is occasionally 2 working days at busy times. Europe prices vary by country.
UK: Royal Mail, DPD or similar. Europe: DHL or similar. US: FedEx, DHL or similar.

Before you order

Please double-check your delivery address. We can't cancel or change an order once it's placed.

Customs & duties (Europe and US)

Your country may charge import duties and taxes. These are paid by the recipient.

If your order is late

Delivery times are estimates and can slip at busy times. Delays from customs, couriers or weather are outside our control, but if your order is later than expected, get in touch and we'll help.

Returns & exchanges

Not quite right? Exchange it or return it within 30 days. No fee on exchanges.

  1. Start onlinePick your items in our returns portal and choose a refund or an exchange.
  2. Drop it offPack your items and take them to a drop-off point with the QR code from the portal. No printer needed.
  3. Refund or exchangeOnce your return reaches us and is checked, we'll send your exchange, or refund you minus a £3.99 restocking fee.

The rules

  • Within 30 days of your order date
  • Unworn and unwashed, with the original labels attached
  • Exchanges are free; refunds have a £3.99 restocking fee
  • UK orders only

Allow up to 5–7 working days for your return to reach our warehouse, then up to 5–7 working days for us to check it and process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued at WIT Training's discretion. The money usually leaves us straight away, but your bank can take 5–7 working days to show it.
